M.B Shehu brings wide ranging administrative, financial and corporate development expertise to all companies he is involved with. He has been with a Chattered Accounting Firm, Delliotte Hastings & sells (Chattered Accountants). He Joined Nigerian External Telecom (NET) AND LATER Nigerian Telecom Limited (NITEL), and rose to head the Corporate Treasury before voluntary resigning in 2006 to set up a company Niger Gold Ventures Ltd, a company involved in Telecommunications, Consultancy and Real Estate Business. He is also a Director with Pentagon Group of Companies that is involved with manufacturing, trading and high Tech. contracts. With several years of combined corporate real estate, construction facility and project management experience, he will assist in the development of a solid executable strategy, provide detailed direction, and produce tangible solution to achieve company’s overall business and financial goals. M.B Shehu also gets involved in voluntary activities such as FCT Karate Association, Fight Against Desert Encroachment (FADE) and the Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary International.
Gregory holds a B.Eng. Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Port-Harcourt and a M.Sc. in Oil & Gas from Robert Gordon University, Uk.
Gregory IRO, a skilled, talented and brilliant mind started his Career as a Project Engineer Consultant in an Engineering firm and so far has acquired over 14years experience in Well Construction/Drilling Specialist, Facility Engineering and Project Management. Mr. IRO has functioned in different Managerial Roles in Multinational Companies such as Weir Oil & gas, General Electric (GE) and Chevron.
He has also been awarded severally for his Performance, Innovative Skills, efficiency and Managerial Skills. He is a member of the PMP (Project Management Professional) certified and he is currently in the process of attaining another professional qualification to become a Chartered Engineer.
Mofeola is a talented and dedicated physical oil trader with fluent understanding of the oil markets and has established several track records of trading profitably. A self-motivated individual with the ability to analyze complex problems and turn them into practical solutions.
She has worked with several companies such as Oando S & T, Linetrale, Danium Energy and First Deep Water Discovery Ltd, with experience in areas such as petroleum products import management, cargoes and transaction analysis, management of vessel MT Elohim, negotiate physical deals with counterparties, as well as build and maintain critical relationships with most major suppliers and customers (Mecuria, Vitol, Trafigura, Glencore, Shell) covering the geographical areas of Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Usifo is a purpose driven Oil & Gas expert with over 16 years’ experience in the downstream sector, with a strong knowledge of the aviation, risk and insurance management industry. He obtained a B.Sc in Insurance from the University of Lagos and has attended seminars on Oil & Energy Insurance in London, Petroleum Product Trading in Geneva and other courses. Usifo is responsible for March Energy’s oil and gas operations including various aspects of project execution and delivery. He has worked in several companies like; Maritime Press X (a subsidiary of Sahara Energy Resources Nig. Ltd) as Operations coordinator, National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria as Senior Risk Officer, Guaranty Trust Assurance Plc.
Gaven holds a B.Eng. Degree in Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria.
Gaven Lohnan has had a long and distinguished Career with multinational Companies. He has functioned in different managerial Positions, Overseeing several projects assigned by companies such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, Addax Petroleum, Total, NLNG, Halliburton Energy both within and Outside Nigeria. He was also responsible for leading, Supervising and managing several teams responsible for the different projects he handled.
He is a member of the professional pipe liners association of Nigeria and owns several safety and survival Certifications.
Adewale was a managing partner in a law firm known as Adewale Olusesi & Associates before he joined Dundee Wells Oil Service Limited. His academic qualifications and professional experience makes his areas of core competence to include specialized transactions (credit, public private partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, energy and other investments & divestments, etc.), Arbitration and litigation across a wide spectrum of legal areas particularly constitutional law, pre and post-election dispute resolution, maritime law, oil and gas law, criminal law, industrial and labour Law, commercial and banking Law.
His extensive practical litigation experience across these fields of law complements the legal advisory and consultancy work he frequently undertakes for Government and Governmental departments, public corporations, private and quoted companies; and high net worth individuals who require industry specific services. He is a member of the- Nigerian Bar Association, African Institute of Petroleum, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators.
Shehu has over 15 years experience in both banking and oil & gas international trade. He obtained his MBA in Oil and Gas marketing from the University of Dundee. This makes his approach and methodologies very dynamic and professional with international best practice.
He has brokered transactions between Major Oil companies in Nigeria (such as Oando, Total, Bovas, Folawiyo, Ascon Oil, Dozie Oil, Forte Oil etc.) and international oil traders such as (Trafigura, Glencore, Vitol, Shell, Mecuria), with over $1Billion of turnover.
He is currently a Director in Ascott Petrochemical, UK. This and many more makes Shehu a vital and strategic consultant in areas of international trade and logistics for Dundee Wells Oil Service Limited.
Professor Ibrahim, an internationally trained professional and expert who holds several degrees in Engineering has provided consultancy services to several companies and projects such as; The Nigerian Gas company on human capital development,pipelines and petroleum marketing company mosemi. He has also conducted training sessions for NPDC BENIN.
His main interest is in the area of development of cathodic and Anodic protectors for pipelines and Storage Tanks .
